Ingredients:

4 thick slices of bread (brioche, challah, or Texas toast)

2 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

2 tbsp butter
Instructions:

Batter Time: In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.

Dip: Dip each slice of bread in the egg batter, coating both sides.

Griddle On: Preheat your griddle to medium heat. Melt a tablespoon of butter on the griddle.

Cook: Grill the dipped bread slices for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Repeat with the remaining butter and bread slices.
