1 cup cooked, shredded chicken (or any pre-cooked meat, beans, or roasted vegetables)

Prep work: If using chicken or other meat, cook and shred before assembly.

Griddle ready: Preheat your griddle to medium heat.

Build it: Layer half a tortilla with cheese, your chosen filling, and a bit more cheese. Fold the tortilla in half to create a half-moon shape.

Grill time: Place the quesadilla on the hot griddle. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.

Repeat: Make more quesadillas with the remaining ingredients.
