Ingredients:

1 lb store-bought pizza dough (or your own recipe)

1 cup pizza sauce

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Toppings of your choice: pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, peppers, olives, etc.
Instructions:

Shape & Stretch: On a lightly floured surface, roll or stretch out the pizza dough into a large circle or rectangle to fit your griddle.

Griddle Prep: Preheat the griddle to medium-high heat.

Cook the Crust: Place the dough onto the hot griddle. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom is slightly browned and set.

Flip & Top: Flip the dough over. Spread with pizza sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and add your desired toppings.

Cover & Melt: Place a lid or an overturned heatproof bowl over the pizza to trap the heat and melt the cheese, about 3-5 minutes.

Slice & Enjoy: Check to make sure the bottom crust is crisp and cooked through. Slice the pizza and enjoy hot!
