What I love about cast iron is that the surface can be reconditioned just by adding thin coats of oil and heating up the pan. This pan seems like it's great quality and will last a very long time.

I was really surprised with this dutch oven. I love so much about this pot. Clean up is easy. It also distributes heat very well. I would definitely recommend this.
