Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item, please get in touch with us immediately and submit a ticket by clicking here. We will gladly assist you and arrange for a replacement, compensation, or provide a full refund for the return, including return shipping costs.
30-day Return Policy
Our return policy is designed to provide a convenient and hassle-free experience. You may return any purchased item within 30 days of the delivery date. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Conditions for Returns
● To ensure your return arrives safely, we recommend using the original packaging. If that is not possible, you can use the packaging or materials provided by your local courier.
● The return must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date and shipped back within 30 days from the delivery date.
● Proof of purchase from our site is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return
Please submit a ticket by clicking here. Please select Return in the Request category, then provide the necessary information to finish the return application. Our support team will check the application and reply by email as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 15 business days, subject to policy adherence. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exclusions
Certain items, such as bulk orders/wholesale orders, may not be eligible for returns. All gift card purchases are final sales.
Additional Notes
Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above may be subject to restocking fees or denial of the refund. Our customers need to be aware that they are responsible for accurately and securely attaching all return labels when returning items.
