Ingredients
- 1 lb beef roast, cut into cubes
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 carrots, cut into coins
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Cooking oil
Heat Cooklife Duck Oven on medium heat. Drizzle with cooking oil and add the beef and the seasonings. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side or until the desired doneness.
Remove the beef from the dutch oven and drizzle with a little more cooking oil. Add the mushrooms and carrots and cook until the carrots are tender.
Bring the beef back to the duck oven and stir everything together. Transfer to a plate and garnish with the green onions. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or drizzle with gravy.
