Ingredients:
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups sliced peeled fresh peaches
1 cup blueberries
1 pack biscuits
Ice cream or yogurt for serving
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°. In a cast iron skillet, combine the first 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir until thickened, 1-2 minutes; stir in fruit.
2. Arrange the biscuits on top of the fruit mixture and put them in the oven.
3. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the fruit mixture is bubbly and the biscuits are cooked through and fluffy.
4. Remove from the oven and serve with ice cream or yogurt on top.
