Grilled Veggie Burgers

Ingredients:
  • 4 store-bought or homemade veggie burgers (black bean, lentil, mushroom, etc.)
  • 4 burger buns
  • Toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado, ketchup, mustard, etc.
Instructions:
  1. Prep the patties: If using frozen veggie burgers, thaw according to package directions.
  2. Griddle on: Preheat your griddle to medium heat. Lightly grease if necessary, depending on your burger type.
  3. Grill time: Place veggie burgers on the hot griddle. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until grill marks form and they are heated through.
  4. Toast the Buns: During the last minute of cooking, lightly toast the burger buns on the griddle.
  5. Build your burger: Assemble the burgers on the toasted buns with your favorite toppings.
