Chicken Breast with Vegetables

Ingredients: 

2 Large Chicken Breasts 

4 Large potatoes, quartered 

3 large carrots, cut into large pieces 

2-3 stawks of fresh herbs, like thyme or rosemary

2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper 

Olive oil 

 

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375F. Meanwhile heat your griddle over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts on both sides for about a minute or two in olive oil.
