Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups sliced peeled fresh peaches
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 pack biscuits
- Ice cream or yogurt for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°. In a cast iron skillet, combine the first 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir until thickened, 1-2 minutes; stir in fruit.
- Arrange the biscuits on top of the fruit mixture and put them in the oven.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until the fruit mixture is bubbly and the biscuits are cooked through and fluffy.
- Remove from the oven and serve with ice cream or yogurt on top.
