Ingredients:
Salmon:
4 salmon fillets
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 orange, thinly slices
2 limes, thinly sliced
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line the cast iron griddle with parchment paper. Arrange the lemon, orange, and lime slices in the middle of the pan and place the salmon fillets on top of them.
Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through to your liking.
When the salmon is ready, transfer to a plate and top with your favorite salsa. Use for rice bowls, tacos, as serve as is.
